A brand built around a new direction
I led The David Project’s rebrand as the organization put a new strategic plan into practice. Working with leadership, the board, and staff, I translated that direction into a clearer identity and communications framework.
A full-staff workshop helped define core values and messaging, giving a distributed team a shared foundation for communicating the organization’s work.
Leading marketing across the organization
I developed annual marketing plans and budgets, led staff and freelancers, and coordinated implementation across teams. I directed the website redesign and a mobile app for campus coordinators, alongside editorial work spanning the blog, newsletters, appeals, and website.
The work brought brand direction, day-to-day communications, and practical tools together so staff could use the new identity consistently.
